Service provided by Unit of Technical Support to the Design and Test of Integrated Circuits.
Users of the service can have a dark chamber with an optical bench and various equipment for the characterization of visible light sensors, as well as integrated circuits that include discrete sensors or matrices thereof. The laboratory is equipped with Oriel/Newport optical characterization equipment and class II and IIIa laser systems, as well as a PicoQuant pulsed laser system. The equipment is completed with objectives and all the opto-mechanical accessories necessary for testing this type of device and system.
